Perched above the trees in Governors Club, this custom home was designed to make the most of its setting and the people who live in it.
With architectural design by Abbie Lee Roehm of and interior selections led by BOLD’s in house designer, every detail was intentional. From vaulted ceilings and stained wood accents to honed marble, rift sawn oak in a natural finish, and real brass throughout, the materials were chosen to feel timeless and personal.
The lot presented a nearly 25-foot drop at the rear, so the main living level was elevated to capture treetop views and create privacy. A separate primary suite wing tucked into the trees offers a quiet retreat, while features like a custom coffee bar, cobblestone-style entry, auto courtyard, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen reflect the homeowners’ lifestyle.
It’s homes like this that remind us why collaboration matters. Architect, builder, designer, and homeowner working together to create something that feels grounded, refined, and deeply personal.
