We have taken on a rather large undertaking. We are working with Samaritan’s Purse to build new houses for those who lost their homes in the hurricane in Western North Carolina. This is a Timelapse of the first house we worked on. We expect to be doing this over the next several years. As a result we are only taking on select projects in order to free up our capacity so we can to help people get back into their permanent homes as soon as possible.

Not our typical project but shows the diversity of our abilities.
Had to tunnel under the road to provide power.
Grade down 4-6” for concrete and dig 12” holes, 4’ deep for the bollards and sign post.
Poured and finished concrete.
Built an enclosure for the client provided LED panels. Installed and wrapped the panels. Even helped with the programming.
After a little site cleanup the HOA can enjoy their new sign.

As a fully licensed and insured residential builder, I was confident I could build this house without referencing the drawings…
I was wrong 😂
But we got through it and have another satisfied customer.

Not my typical wheelhouse. But I decided to take on a project to build a couple hanging swing chairs. Keep in mind I’m not a designer, but it fit all the needs and the client super excited to receive them.

Part of a much bigger renovation inside. Quality solid decks designed to last!
Sealing coming in a few months. You can’t seal pressure treated wood until it dries out or you will be trapping the moisture inside promoting rot.

For all you horse lovers, this is a private 4 stall barn our teams are finishing up. Complete with air conditioned tack room, bathroom and well/septic.

Not all jobs are big. Replacing a sea wall and bringing a neglected deck back to life. Had to get a little wet on this one.

This was a large water damage project. 900 sq/ft basement that got flooded. 5 large rooms, 4 closets, 1 bathroom. All continuous 24x24 tile with no transitions.

PS. We highly recommend you do NOT use a glazed tile for Flooring. It is slippery when it gets wet.

This was a big project earlier this year. The water damage took out the two biggest bathrooms. Had to replace carpet and tile in the bathrooms as well as subsequent bedrooms. Matching the knock down ceiling texture came out really great. Sometimes insurance claims can take awhile for approval. Once we were able to get the claim settled we started within three days. We were happy to work around some scheduling challenges of the homeowners. And we’re still able to finish the project in less time than it took the insurance company to settle it.
