Since recently becoming a Public Health Emergency, virus PCR testing will now be offered by Vikor Scientific to serve its customers' needs and provide rapid, easy, and accurate diagnosing of the virus. This simple, one swab test can be ordered as an individual test, or with our comprehensive Derm-ID or Wound-ID panels to rule out other pathogens that may resemble the virus, or possible co-infections.

Did you know only about 20% of wound pathogens routinely grow in cultures? Wound infections can be very complex and a majority of these infections today are felt to originate from biofilms. The cells of biofilms do not readily attach to culture mediums to be grown and identified.
