Some projects leave a lasting impression long after the final punch list is complete.

Completed in 2019, Credit One Stadium remains one of the projects we're most proud to have helped bring to life. From the landscape installation and irrigation systems to the carefully crafted planting design, every detail was built with long-term performance in mind.

Six years later, seeing the grounds continue to thrive is one of the greatest rewards. Healthy trees, vibrant seasonal color, and well-established landscapes don't happen by accident—they're the result of quality craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

At Pleasant Places, our goal has always been to build landscapes that mature beautifully and continue delivering value for years to come. This project is a testament to what can be accomplished when owners, designers, contractors, and trade partners share the same commitment to excellence.

The future of irrigation is wireless—and our team is preparing for it.

Members of the Pleasant Places team received hands-on training in wireless irrigation technology. These systems allow for faster installation, remote system management, easier troubleshooting, reduced wiring conflicts and more efficient water use.

Proud to showcase the completion of a finalized hardscape project at The Cooper in downtown Charleston.

This project brought together multiple detailed hardscape elements, including tabby walkways, natural stone paving, cobblestone paver tie-ins, dark stone accent bands, clean stair and landing transitions, and custom wood seating areas. From the grand entry and fountain approach to the courtyard walkways and exterior gathering spaces, every detail required careful layout, precise cuts, and a clean finish to match the quality of the property.

Our team worked through tight transitions between materials, elevation changes, existing architectural features, and high-visibility pedestrian areas — all while maintaining the level of craftsmanship expected on a premier Charleston hotel project.

The finished result is a polished, functional, and elegant hardscape package that complements the surrounding landscape, architecture, and overall guest experience.

Great work by everyone involved in bringing this one across the finish line!

A huge congratulations to the residents of Jedburg as the new Bee Tree Elementary School officially celebrated its ribbon-cutting ceremony this past Friday!

Students, parents, and faculty alike are thrilled with their beautiful new school, and we could not be happier to have played a role in bringing this project to life. Seeing a community come together around a place that will inspire and educate future generations is something truly special.

Pleasant Places is proud to maintain the beautiful Rivertowne Community, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.

Our summer color installation is now underway, featuring vibrant seasonal additions such as Vinca Cora, Tropicanna Canna Lilies, and Serenita Angelonia, along with other carefully selected plants that thrive in the Lowcountry climate.

These seasonal enhancements help create the classic Charleston summer feel that makes communities like Rivertowne such a special place to call home.
