Sayle Oil is seeking a skilled and detailed oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Charleston. The position will be responsible for the accounting for our recently purchased Car Care Clinic Service and L**e facilities division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork. Good organizational and communication skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and inventory.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, inventory and other company accounts.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Prepare Sales Tax Returns

Required Software Skills:
• Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks, Sage Accounting or similar ERP/accounting systems

Please join us in welcoming Bryan Olier to the Sayle Oil team as our new Process Improvement Manager for the Wholesale Department.

Bryan brings six years of oil industry experience and more than two years with MEMA. He is a proud husband, father of three daughters, grandfather to two grandchildren, and a veteran with 28 years of service in the Army and National Guard.

A Belhaven University graduate, Bryan believes in building strong teams and lives by the motto: “Build a TEAM so strong that they don’t know who the leader is.”

We’re excited to have Bryan on board and look forward to the experience and leadership he brings to Sayle Oil. Welcome to the team, Bryan!
