Morgantown, WV — Hershman Village is now open!
We are proud to celebrate the completion and opening of Hershman Village, bringing 72 new affordable apartment homes to the Van Voorhis Road area of Morgantown.

This new community includes:
• Hershman Landing — 36 family-sized apartment homes with an adjacent playground.
• Hershman Manor — 36 thoughtfully designed apartment homes for seniors, offering convenient access and comfortable living with features like a four-stop elevator and cozy living room with a fireplace.

Hershman Village provides spacious, modern, affordable housing in a convenient Morgantown location—just a short walk from Milan Puskar Stadium and the WVU Coliseum. Magnificent views abound!

We were happy and humbled to assist our friends at Titan Roofing in their flood relief efforts for Lewis and Upshur Counties today. Rich Wolford and Chase Jarrett delivered a truck load of cleaning supplies to the Suncrest Towne Centre in Morgantown. Titan Roofing has been coordinating collection and distribution for the communities hit hardest by last week’s flooding. Thank you, Titan Roofing, for all you do for our communities and the great State of WV.
