We’re proud to share that our team had the opportunity to attend the School of Hard Rocks in Elberton, Georgia last week, where they learned a variety of stone carving techniques from some of the monument industry’s most talented and respected carvers.
We’re especially excited to celebrate Heather, our Plant Manager, who won the coveted Luken Mallet Award for her outstanding carved piece. This marks Heather’s second time winning the Mallet, and this year’s award-winning piece was a beautifully carved violin body created from granite.
We’re also excited to share the other incredible projects our team created during the event, along with photos that highlight the carving process and the skill, creativity, and dedication that went into each piece.
We are so proud of our team for continuing to learn, grow, and represent our company so well.
