27 projects were recognized by the Preservation Society of Charleston. We all gathered to share a meal and hear the stories of all the unique properties. I left feeling incredibly proud of our team and humbled to be entrusted with such important work. We look forward to the next one!

2023's going to be a big year for this house on Morris Street, downtown Charleston.

This historic restoration will include lifting the main house above flood elevation, a two story addition, 54 ft lap pool, and detached pool house.
