The GreenSource Fabrication team was proud to participate in Fall Mountain Regional High School's annual Career Fair, connecting with students and sharing the many opportunities available in advanced manufacturing.

From engineering and quality to production and operations, today's students are the innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders who will help shape the future of our industry.

Supporting STEM education and helping young people explore careers in manufacturing is an investment in the continued strength, innovation, and excellence of our workforce.

Employees, families, and friends of Whelen and GreenSource joined forces to participate in Steppin’ Up to End Violence 2026 - to support The Center for Safer Communities in their mission to enhance the safety and well-being of victims and survivors of domestic violence.

A little friendly competition, plenty of great food, and a great cause made for a memorable afternoon at GreenSource Fabrication's annual Company Cookout.

From burgers, hot dogs, and SPAM quesadillas to a few well-aimed throws at the dunk tank, our team came together to enjoy time outside of the workplace while supporting On Solid Ground, a nonprofit dedicated to providing hope, stability, and community for young adults in New Hampshire.

Whether they landed the perfect throw or made a donation, our team showed up to support a meaningful cause, proving that every contribution makes a difference.

Events like these are a reminder that building a strong company culture extends beyond the work we do every day.

We're grateful to our Social Committee for organizing another successful event and to everyone who participated and donated.

Creativity and problem solving are at the core of our Process Engineering team.

At a recent Lunch & Learn, they put that into action with a hands-on challenge, build the tallest tower using just 50 pieces of spaghetti and 30 marshmallows. The result, creative approaches, smart collaboration, and a few memorable collapses along the way.

Congratulations to our winners, Sean, Dan, and Spencer’s group, with a tower reaching 26.5”. Honorable mention to Garrett, Sam, and Devin for winning Most Creative with a 21.25” build.

GreenSource is thrilled to announce the addition of Chris Hartman as our new Quality Supervisor. With a career spanning quality management, forensic science, and chemical analysis, Chris brings a rare combination of technical depth, leadership experience, and operational excellence to our rapidly growing team.

His experience spans some of the most demanding and detail‑intensive environments — from serving as a Crime Scene Investigator and Forensic Chemist, to working as an Explosive Chemical Analyst supporting operations in Afghanistan, to partnering with the U.S. Navy as a Research Scientist to develop new scientific approaches to improve the detection and defeat of IED threats. Chris has also led laboratory operations, strengthened quality systems, and overseen critical quality control functions across multiple highly regulated industries.

Chris’s academic background is rooted in science and precision, holding a Master of Forensic Science along with bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Biology. As a Certified ISO 9001 Lead Internal Auditor with Lean Six Sigma experience, he is deeply committed to continuous improvement and the development of dependable, efficient quality systems. His thoughtful, detail‑oriented approach aligns seamlessly with GreenSource’s commitment to excellence and quality.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children and stays active through hiking, running, swimming, snowboarding, and weight training. His depth of technical expertise, paired with a genuine, collaborative leadership style, made him a natural addition to the GreenSource team.

We’re excited to have Chris join us as we continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in advanced PCB manufacturing.
