Another major step completed on this custom 16x24 flat roof porch project 🔥

At this stage, the black metal roof installation is complete, along with the post trim, ceiling, soffit, fascia, and exterior finishing details. The project is really starting to come together, and we’ll soon be installing the screen system and final paint for the last update.

Every step of this project has been completed professionally, under inspection, and built with high-quality materials designed to last.

Part 4 of our 16x24 custom flat roof porch project is now underway. In this stage, we’re installing a modern black metal roofing system designed for durability, clean appearance, and long-term performance.

🚧 Project Update – Part 3 (Framing Stage) 🚧
This is the third phase of our 16x24 flat roof porch project.

We’ve completed the footings, installed 6x6 post bases, set the posts, beams, and rafters — and the framing has already passed inspection ✅.

Next step: electrical inspection, and we’ll continue showing the full process step by step.

We take pride in doing every project the right way — up to code and fully inspected.

This project had 4 skylights causing leaks around the area. Over time, water damage affected the structure.

✔️ We removed the skylights
✔️ Replaced damaged rafters
✔️ Installed new plywood
✔️ Installed new shingles
✔️ Sealed everything properly
