ConnexFM Mid-Year brought a little bit of everything - giving back, talking shop, strengthening relationships, and of course, leaning into the Derby theme. 🐎

Kenny Weston and Andrew Pragel spent the week connecting with facilities management professionals and industry peers, participating in the Connex Foundation event supporting those impacted by homelessness, joining the Women in Action round table, spending time with Re*****on College mentees, and catching up with clients over dinner.

They also had the chance to visit a major manufacturing partner and see some seriously impressive hyper-efficient rooftop units in action.

The smaller Mid-Year format made it easy to have more meaningful conversations, build stronger connections, and actually get to know the people behind the industry.
