Low lake depth, being in a main channel and a poor initial install means some loop work is coming their way.

When you know your geothermal maintenance customer is a die-hard Ohio State fan… you show up prepared. 😂

We may have been there to service the geothermal system, but we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to sneak a little Michigan Stadium décor into the room and see how long it took him to notice.

The geothermal equipment checked out great.

The customer’s reaction to the Michigan picture? Priceless.

All in good fun — great customer, great system, and one of the more entertaining maintenance visits we’ve had.

Our AHR 2026 trip was a success. Leaving Charlotte after a large snowstorm was a stressful decision to stay with but ultimately it paid off.

We got to meet with multiple vendors, manufacturers, software companies and other contractors which led to great insights.

The biggest take away; Tech is here. Single stage and basic equipment is quickly going away, be prepared or get left behind.
