The final beam is in place at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Plaza, Northwest Greensboro, marking a major construction milestone in this 134,000 sq ft outpatient care center.

This project represents more than concrete and steel—it’s about expanding healthcare access in Greensboro, investing in community infrastructure, and creating construction careers that build futures.

☀️ Charlotte heat is no joke—especially on the jobsite. This post is all about summer hydration tips to help you stay safe, cool, and energized during these hot months.

-Drink before you're thirsty. Aim for a cup of water every 15–20 minutes.
-Skip soda and energy drinks. Stick with water or low-sugar electrolyte drinks.
-Snack smart. Fruits like watermelon and oranges help hydrate you.
