Rodgers is proud to celebrate the completion of the new Clear Creek Office and Fabrication Building in Mint Hill, North Carolina!

Spanning 10 acres, this 165,000-square-foot facility was designed to support Inpro's continued growth and innovation. The building features a modern 14,000-square-foot front office with a welcoming lobby, open and private office spaces, conference rooms, locker rooms, and a comfortable break area for employees.

Congratulations to everyone whose hard work and collaboration made this project a success. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this new facility will have for years to come! 👏

We’re excited to share the completion of the School of Business Upfit at The Pearl in Charlotte, NC!

Located on the 10th floor of The Pearl, this first-generation upfit created new office, collaboration, meeting, and support spaces for the Wake Forest University School of Business management and operations team. We are excited to share the recently completed Berkeley Hospital Expansion project in Summerville, SC. This transformative project expands access to high-quality healthcare and helps meet the needs of the growing Lowcountry community.

The expansion adds more than 300,000 square feet of new and renovated space to the existing campus, including a new patient bed tower that doubles inpatient capacity to 100 beds, an expanded Emergency Department, a state-of-the-art Heart & Vascular Center, enhanced women’s and children’s services, and expanded imaging, surgical, laboratory, and pharmacy services. Together, these enhancements strengthen the hospital’s ability to meet the region’s growing healthcare needs for years to come.
