Day 3 of National Roofing Week = Employee Appreciation! 👷‍♂️💛

Today is all about celebrating the heartbeat of Davco - our incredible team. We’re proud to recognize our Core 4 Employees of the Year for consistently going above and beyond:

🥇 Christian Villarroel (Office) – Since stepping into an FOM role this past year, Christian has set a new standard across our projects. His proactive approach, commitment to customer updates, and leadership have made a massive impact on our operations.

🥇 Elmer Trujillo (Field) – A staple at Davco for years, Elmer is the definition of a team player. He always shows up with a smile, a great attitude, and a readiness to help anyone on the crew. Such a fun and vital guy to have on our team!

💛 Field staff received new hi-vis t-shirts, water bottles, and gaiter masks
🍴 Lunch was provided by our friends at Sunstate Equipment
🍦 And the ice cream truck was the perfect way to wrap up the celebration!

We appreciate our employees every single day, but this week gives us a special chance to honor the people who keep everything running. Our people are the reason for our success - and we’re proud to have the best in the business.
