We are excited to announce our partnership with John Moriarty & Associates on The Porter (5401N) project in Raleigh, NC.

Upon completion, this 380,000-square-foot multifamily development will feature 228 units, a parking garage, and ground-level retail space.

Our scope includes concrete foundation footings and walls, slabs-on-grade, a post-tensioned podium slab-on-grade, elevator pits, and the parking garage—providing a strong and reliable foundation for the project.

Some of our office team had the chance to visit the Heritage Pineville Multi-Family jobsite this week and see the progress happening firsthand in downtown Pineville.

We are excited to continue our partnership with Harold K. Jordan & Co. on The Grove at North 17 project in Wilmington, NC. Upon completion, this five-story mixed-use development will feature 55 apartment units above ground-floor retail space.⁠
Our scope includes the concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, and post-tensioned podium slab, providing a strong and reliable foundation for the project.⁠

We're going vertical in Morrisville, NC.
Doggett Concrete is proud to partner with Leon Multifamily NC Construction on this 332-unit garden-style apartment project featuring eight apartment buildings, a clubhouse, four garages, a pool cabana, and a trash enclosure.
Our crews completed the foundations, post-tensioned slab-on-grade, elevator pits, and stem walls, helping provide a strong foundation for the next phase of construction.
