Project Highlight: Trinity AME Zion Historic Restoration.
Location: Pinehurst, North Carolina

QWR is honored to showcase one of our ongoing projects in the beautiful town of Pinehurst. We were awarded the opportunity to help restore this historic church, and our scope of work includes:

- Masonry repairs
- Tuck-pointing
- Wood structural support and repairs
- Precast sill repairs and coatings
- Window wood frame repairs and coatings

We want to thank Walter P. Moore and Elizabeth Lyon, for the opportunity to be part of this amazing and challenging project along with our project manager, onsite superintendent, and field team, for their continued support and commitment to quality workmanship.

Project Highlight | Wrightsville Beach, NC

Full façade restoration underway at this coastal resort in Wrightsville Beach. Our scope includes complete building and parking deck wall coatings, balcony coating removal and replacement, plus floor, edge, and overhead concrete repairs.

Despite cold winter conditions, our team continues to deliver top-notch quality and consistency. Big shout-out to our field crews, PM, and General Superintendent for making it happen.

On track for completion for Spring 2026.

The team at Queen’s Waterproofing and Restoration, LLC. has successfully completed the demolition of a section of the brick facade to facilitate the installation of a buck hoist on. The Johnston Building, also referred to as Midtown Plaza, a 17-story office high-rise. Initially constructed as a 15-story building in 1924, it held the title of the tallest building in Charlotte until 1926. This historic site is set to become the new location for the Beckworth Hotel. We extend our gratitude to our project manager, superintendent, and field crew for their impeccable ex*****on of this project. Additionally, we appreciate the Cleveland Construction, Inc. team for their invaluable support throughout the process and We are eager to collaborate on the second phase and revive this historic landmark.

QWR was awarded the Market St, Parking deck restoration project from the city of Wilmington.
Our scope included the following.

•Remove all the old Deck coating in the top level and install new deck coating system.

•Concrete Repairs.
•Joint Sealants.
•Epoxy Injections.
•Coatings.
