Outdoor living was built into the architecture from the beginning.

Large covered gathering spaces, direct connections to the kitchen, and multiple areas to relax make the backyard feel like a natural extension of the home. Every square foot is designed to be used, not simply viewed.

Sourced from Europe and brought into the project as individual pieces, each fixture had to be rewired and certified before installation. It adds a layer of character that wouldn’t come from something off the shelf.
