did my husband really just remove the roof of our house 🥲

this 1950s abandoned home originally had only 8ft ceilings 😳 we originally planned on extending the ceiling to 10ft but while we’re at it, we are kind of thinking 12?! what do you guys think?!

renovating an abandoned 1950s home!! did we make a mistake 😭 it was completed gutted without any walls, HVAC, electrical or plumbing. in a way we get to start with an empty canvas? 🫣

we are so excited to share this whole process with you all - both the good and bad!!

We did a thing….we bought an old abandoned home that was built in 1955. We know that this home has been abandoned for AT LEAST 12 years. It has no electric, plumbing, HVAC system…NOTHING but bricks and studs on an acre of land. We’re going to turn it into someone’s dream home. And we’re just getting started so follow along for the ride 🔨👫🏽
