12 packaging formats. An eight-week holiday production window. One flexible solution. French bakery Madeleines Bijou needed a better way to manage its seasonal production, including mixed assortments and multiple packaging formats.

With one modular Schubert packaging line, the company can now handle both metal tins and cardboard boxes—with fast format changes and consistent quality.

What started as a plan to automate just one part of the process ultimately became a fully automated solution, from opening and filling to sealing.

A major milestone for Schubert North America! 🎉Our first packaging machine has officially arrived at our new Charlotte facility, marking the next chapter for our North American operations.

With our new headquarters now fully operational, final assembly of machines for North American customers will take place right here in Charlotte. This also means customers will be able to visit us for Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) closer to home.

More local capabilities. Closer customer collaboration. The same Schubert quality.

High output. Small footprint. Built for flexibility. ⚙️ When MultiPac needed a compact solution for Varta’s move from plastic blister packs to folding cartons, Schubert delivered a two-module TLM cartoner designed for speed and versatility.

The system handles three box formats with 12, 18 or 24 batteries and packages up to 1,100 batteries per minute—all within a machine length of just six meters. And thanks to its modular design, the line can be adapted to package entirely different products as MultiPac’s needs evolve.
