I am writing to formally announce the succession and transfer of ownership of my business
Central Virginia Radon to Mr. Sam Riedesel.
After 20 years of dedicated service to this community, it is with great confidence and satisfaction
that I pass the torch to Sam who I believe is an ideal successor for the future of this company.
Sam Riedesel comes to Central Virginia Radon with tremendous experience and a proven track
record in designing and installing radon systems. His extensive background includes a decade
of service as a project leader at a prominent Charlottesville design and fabrication company.
Sam' s expertise in Radon Mitigation and Testing is further supported by certifications in these
areas, ensuring that Central Virginia Radon will continue to provide quality service to our clients.
In addition to his professional qualifications, Sam has deep roots in our Albemarle community.
Growing up in Batesville and his familiarity with the community and its needs, combined with his
industry experience, makes him exceptionally well-suited to carry out the mission of Central
Virginia Radon.
I am genuinely pleased to entrust Sam with the stewardship of Central Virginia Radon. His
dedication to excellence and commitment to serving the community align perfectly with the
values and standards we have upheld over the years. I'm confident that Sam will continue to
