Side discharge Saturday! This was a job finished last week. These customers upgraded from a 13 seer, single speed grandaire heat pump. To a Trane 16 seer, multi speed heat pump and variable speed air handler. They love both new systems as they are much quieter and preform much better. As usual we paired this setup with a Trane 824 thermostat so they could program and control from their phones if they would like to. Once again we’re proud to be able to offer higher end Trane equipment as we are dealers for what we believe is the best brand out there. Here’s two variable speed Trane units we finished up this week, paired with 2 97% furnaces from Trane as well (somehow forgot pictures of those but we will get some next visit!) This was definitely the most complex install we’ve had. These customers wanted to lower their electric bill, especially during the winter. They already had gas in place so we replaced two air handlers with two gas furnaces and stepped up their heat pumps. We installed Trane media filters, air scrubbers, system controllers, relay panels, Tlink thermostats, two of the best disconnects on the market in our opinion, all new linesets, venting and fresh air for the furnaces, and cleaned up the outdoor area for the heat pumps. To say we’re proud of this job and grateful for the opportunity to install such high end systems is an understatement. Thank you to these amazing new customers! Also, I have to acknowledge a couple of really good friends who I called up for some help after they had gotten off work with no hesitation. Another Mitsubishi install we knocked out this past week, with what we believe is the best disconnect on the market! Built in surge protector and voltage range monitor. With our local storms we have recently had we have ran into quite a few burnt up inverter boards. A little before and after. New Mitsubishi mini split with a hanging wall bracket and line hide along with a disconnect we always highly recommend on every variable speed system install, it is completely weatherproof, has a built in voltage range monitor (inverter boards are very quick to burn up with surges and/or power outages) also has a built in surge protector that can take multiple hits! We replaced all wiring and installed it correctly this time as previously it had plain romex wiring from disconnect to unit with nothing to protect it from the elements as this is not an outdoor wire without being in conduit or liquid tight. This was just all wrong from the start and we are thankful the customer chose us to make it right! Give us a call or book online for free estimates and free second opinions!!
