Aldrich has outgrown their current setup, and the new shed is going to be a great upgrade for the kids and staff. We’re helping with demo, site prep, and providing the shingles so they can move forward with the install this summer.

It's great to be able to be a part of projects like this in the community!

🐢Aldrich School Big Playdate Fun'd Fact of the Day🐢

The Aldrich Bike Shed in our backyard has been serving the children of Aldrich for decades. We have outgrown the current size, many parts are in rough shape and the ceiling is not tall enough for teachers to safely stand in to assist our littlest riders.

With the help of donations (both big and small), we are finally able to build a new bike shed this summer that is safer, cleaner, and ready for many generations of Aldrich Adventures! The cost of our new custom, pre-built shed will be around $6,000. This project wouldn’t be possible without H & H Construction LLC . They are generously donating their time and expertise to demo and dispose of the old bike shed, prepare the site for the new shed and provide some finishing touches on our new bike shed.

As some of you may know, our team has been out helping members of our community this weekend after the storm.

These three stepped up Saturday evening after getting a call from a homeowner in need. They returned to build temporary framing on a damaged garage roof so it could be tarped and protected from further damage.

They worked until 11 PM, and they got it done.

We are so proud to be a part of the community of Rochester and the support it has shown these families over the last few days.

10:30 am update:
Still offering free help.
Our guys were out late trying to get things boarded up the best that they could. It started to get too dark and they ran low on materials, so they had to put a stop on it last night.
They’re loaded up and headed back out to help anyone who needs help boarding up or patching after the storm.
We are so sorry for the families who are going through this. Please stay safe and hang in there.
We’re grateful to everyone who has been getting the word out. We want to help. No obligation.
