Hi neighbors, Jim here. After 30 years as a builder and remodeler, I've started the Palmetto Home Care Membership for Northeast Florida homes. I come back on a set schedule for maintenance walk-throughs, each with a photo report. Members get a labor discount on separately quoted work and no $1,000 trip minimum. Anything beyond light upkeep is quoted separately. Plans start at $59/mo, billed monthly, and go month-to-month after the first 90 days. Away for the season? Home watch for snowbirds starts at $149/mo.
