⭐️UTC Delta Zeta House Pergola Rebuild⭐️

This is a great example of how important it is to be consistent about the upkeep on your home! Your home is likely your largest investment, and the little things you neglect now can become a huge problem later on.

This pergola was built in 2015. If it had been built with pressure treated lumber, sealed, and painted this rebuild could have been entirely avoidable. We replaced all the lookouts and rotting wood, and with the right care it will be a beautiful addition to the Delta Zeta Sorority house for years to come!

We also contracted Parking Specialties to fill all the cracks and seal the parking lot and QualityPRO Power Washing Service to power wash the entire house and walkways.

This house was in desperate need of some TLC, but now it is good as new and ready for students to move back in this fall! Check out this transformation!

Sometimes it’s the little things that make a HUGE difference 😱.This outdoor storage closet got a makeover by replacing the old wood doors on this home with insulated steel entry doors. 💥

This allowed the home owner to move their hot water heater here from the closet in their kitchen. Now they have a big pantry and plenty of secured outdoor storage!
