Ben brings a passion for thoughtful, community-driven design, approaching every project with collaboration, precision, and a commitment to delivering practical, cost-effective solutions. With a background in civil engineering and project development, he is passionate about creating spaces that make a meaningful impact on the communities they serve. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with his family. He recently graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he also helped build and lead the UTC Club Pickleball, developing a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and teamwork.
