Meet the newest extension of TEIKOKU’s LE family: LE-X.

The new LE-X Canned Motor Pump brings proven sealless technology into a standardized, modular platform designed around ASME/ANSI B73.3 dimensions, making it easier to upgrade many existing pump installations with minimal system modifications.

For plants looking to upgrade existing pump installations, LE-X is designed to fit existing ANSI pump baseplates and process piping, helping simplify the transition to sealless technology while reducing the need for costly system modifications.

With a modular design, improved hydraulic efficiency, lower NPSHr, secondary containment capabilities, and fewer wear components, LE-X is built around what matters in demanding process applications: reliability, safety, maintainability, and lower total cost of ownership.

Another custom-engineered solution coming together at HAGLER Process.Our team recently completed this high-pressure pump package as part of a much larger custom skid project for a materials manufacturing application.

At the heart of this portion of the system is a CAT 67070 Frame Plunger Pump, a triplex, positive-displacement reciprocating pump selected to meet the high-pressure demands of the application. The complete project was built to integrate with the customer’s existing process equipment while providing the flexibility needed to support their operation.

From pump selection and controls to instrumentation and integration, this is just one piece of a larger purpose-built solution managed by the HAGLER Process team.

Out in the field and getting a closer look. 🔍

Our Lead Engineer, Tom, and Sales Engineer, Katie, recently spent time on-site at a water pump house completing 3D scanning with our ZEISS T-Scan Hawk 2. Field work like this gives our team the accurate, real-world data we need to understand existing equipment, piping, and site conditions before moving into the next phase of a project. It’s one more way we combine hands-on experience with technology to develop solutions that fit the application.

This week, Sales Engineers Katie Collins and Reid Soloman traveled to Atlanta for an AESSEAL training at the Porsche Experience Center. Throughout the day, they explored the fundamentals of mechanical seals, common causes of seal failures, and best practices for improving equipment reliability and preventing downtime.

Checkout these incredible before and after pictures of a recent pump repair! A regional power plant experienced a shaft failure at the bowl assembly of this three-stage vertical turbine pump.

Our team completed a full rebuild, followed by the application of a Carboline protective coating to the bowls and columns for added corrosion protection. From inspection to restoration, our goal is to help customers maximize the reliability and longevity of their critical rotating equipment.
