🚨 Another Roof Done RIGHT by Scenic City Pros 🚨
We were called out to this home after a previous company “repaired” fire damage… but unfortunately, they cut corners and left behind damaged rafters and compromised plywood.
That’s not something you can ignore. That’s the structure of the home.
👷♂️ What we found:
• Fire-damaged rafters that were never replaced
• Weak / compromised roof decking
• Work that didn’t meet proper standards
💪 What we’re doing:
• Removing all damaged materials
• Replacing rafters the RIGHT way
• Installing brand new decking (plywood/OSB)
• Making sure everything is solid, safe, and built to last
