The Davis is coming along in a big way this week! Our team got the flooring fully installed and wow. The open-concept living and kitchen area is really coming to life. Those floors tie everything together beautifully. All the trim and doors are on site and being installed, and you can see the dark cabinetry climbing the kitchen walls and the island taking shape. It's one of those weeks where the house just starts to *feel* like a home. Next week Tony and the trim crew move in to finish out the cabinet and trim install, and things are really going to pop. Loving how this build is shaping up. More updates to come!

The Collitons are into the details now.

At the Collitons we have finished out the fireplace veneer and will be installing tile this upcoming week. That brick surround and hearth are set, the kitchen island and counters are in, and the floors are down and staying protected.

Next up: tile, which is the part that turns a room from "almost done" into "let's move in."

The O'Leary is coming along beautifully, From the outside, the gray siding is looking sharp against the surrounding pines. Inside, the luxury vinyl plank flooring is laid throughout, and the open great room with its vaulted ceiling is giving us a real preview of just how stunning this space is going to be.. Next up, our team is moving into exterior paint and a full check-up walkthrough to make sure every detail is dialed in before the finish push. We love this part of the build — when a house really starts feeling like a home. Stay tuned!

The Vannice is coming alive with the trusses sitting on the plate. From getting temporary power on site and laying out the stakes, to watching an entire wood frame rise up against that big blue sky, it's been one of those weeks that reminds us exactly why we love what we do. Seeing those trusses delivered and set in place is a milestone worth celebrating. The bones of this home are strong, beautiful, and built with serious care. Next week we shift into, cabinet layout, and roofing. The momentum is real and we are fired up. Stay tuned, because this one is going to be something special! 🔨✨

The Sisters project is officially off and running, and we could not be more fired up about this one! 🏡 This week our crew was on-site grading and preparing the land around a freshly formed concrete foundation. We ended up bringing in around 550 yards of fill on these babies but it's great material and every bit of it is compacted to perfection. The lot is huge, the foundation is solid, and the stage is set for the real fun to begin. Next week the lumber drops and our framing crew gets to work, and that's when a house really starts to *feel* like a home. Stay tuned, because this build is going to be something to remember. We love what we do, and projects like this one remind us exactly why. 🌲🔨

Starting over, together.

Over the past few weeks, our crews have been doing some of the hardest work we've ever done, and it has nothing to do with building.

We've been clearing what the wildfire left behind. Charred remains Melted fixtures. The foundations of homes where families raised kids, hosted holidays, and built a lifetime of memories. Every load we haul away is a reminder that these weren't just houses. They were homes.

To the families who have trusted us with their rebuild: thank you. We know you didn't choose this, and we know no new house can replace what was lost. But we promise to treat every inch of your new home with the care it deserves, and to be right there with you through every step.

We have cleaned up many of the lots, and on October 14th, we pour our first foundation.

It's one slab of concrete, but it means so much more. It's the first step from loss toward hope.

To our neighbors still picking up the pieces: you are not alone, and this community is going to rebuild stronger than ever. We're honored to be part of it.

The Colliton is turning into something really special, and this week's photos are proof. Our team has been hard at work on the staircase, and that oak newel post and handrail combo is absolutely stunning. The contrast between the natural wood tones and the crisp white balusters is exactly the kind of timeless detail we love building into a custom home. You can also see the upper landing taking shape, giving a great sense of just how open and airy this floor plan feels. The hallway is wrapped up tight with protective sheeting while finish work continues, because we take just as much pride in protecting a home as we do in building it. Next up, our masonry and gutter crews are rolling in to keep the momentum going. Stay tuned: this one keeps getting better every single week.

The Davis is coming along beautifully, and we love sky deck! This week we walked through and couldn't get over how great the flooring looks. Those wide-plank light wood tones are absolutely glowing in the natural light. Every room is starting to feel warm and intentional, exactly the way a custom home should. We also got countertops officially scheduled, which is a huge step toward the finished interior this home deserves. Outside, the covered patio slab came out perfectly smooth with some seriously breathtaking views beyond it. That outdoor living space is going to be something special. Next week we're hitting exterior paint, cabinet and trim delivery, and door millwork. The kind of week that takes a house and makes it a home. 58% complete and the best is absolutely still ahead. This is why we love what we do. 🏡✨

The O'Leary is hitting its stride, we had a couple of delays on the way but now hopefully we can pick up some time ! This week our team got the interior walls painted, and there is truly nothing like watching a home go from construction mode to feeling like a real, livable space. Color on the walls changes everything. We also got the countertops scheduled this week. A critical planning step that keeps our timeline on track and ensures the finish details come together without a hitch. We're now past 43% complete on this build, and the momentum is real. Next week our crew moves into flooring installation, which is always one of those milestone moments where a home really starts to reveal its personality. Every project we take on is a chance to build something a family will love for decades, and the O'Leary is shaping up to be something truly special. And on another note the shop just finished up.

The Vannice build is getting some sticks nailed together, and it's looking great. 🏗️ This week our crew got the framing standing, and watching those walls rise up against that big beautiful sky never gets old. You can really start to feel the scale and the layout of this home: the gable peaks, the open interior spaces, the footprint stretching across the lot. It's that magical early stage where a blueprint becomes something real you can walk through. Next week we've got truss delivery, roof sheathing, excavation for footings, and door and plumbing orders all queued up. Big things are coming fast on this one. Stay tuned: this build is going to be something special. 🙌🏠
