Job Title: HVAC Service Technician — For the Few Who Can Handle It
Company: Cascade Mechanical Contractors, INC.

Compensation: $75K–$120K+ (Base + Spiffs + Bonuses)
Type: Full-time / Year-round

• Maintain clean paperwork and job notes (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Keep your van clean, organized, stocked, your tools ready, and your mindset sharp
• Representing Cascade Mechanical with pride in every home, every time

• Has 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential)
• Is mechanically minded and sharp
• Has strong communication skills (can talk and listen)
