A full-circle moment for me on this furnace and A/C replacement.

I was just 10 years old when I helped my dad install this furnace. Back then, I used to tell his customers "I’d never follow in his footsteps - who wants to work this much!"

Funny how things work out, not only did I follow that same path, but now I’m the one replacing and upgrading systems we installed together years ago.

Grateful for where it all started and proud to carry it forward with an American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning

How old is your system?

This furnace and A/C were originally installed in this condo back in 1989. The air conditioner was still running with all original parts and refrigerant. That kind of longevity really speaks to the durability of the Trane equipment.

Thats why we are proud to install American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning furnacs and A/C equipment (built by Trane). We also upgraded the ductwork and added a media filter for better airflow and superior filtration.

Topped it all off with an AprilAire powered fan humidifier, the perfect finishing touch for comfort year-round.

Nothing worse than a furnace quitting on one of the coldest days of winter. This customer needed an emergency replacement, and we were able to get their heat back on and keep the pipes from freezing!

Customer chose to upgrade from an 80% efficient model to a 97% efficient model and qualified for a $400 rebate from DTE.
