We are proud to recognize and celebrate an extraordinary milestone—50 years of continuous service with the Milliken Highland Plant.
For five decades, Ms. Theodora “Dosie” Leak has been a dedicated and valued member of and an integral part of our textiles manufacturing family. Her commitment, expertise, and unwavering work ethic have contributed greatly to our success and growth as a textiles manufacturing facility. Over the years, she has witnessed industry changes, technological advancements, and company milestones—and through it all, her dedication has remained constant.
Fifty years is more than a milestone, it’s a legacy. It speaks of her loyalty, pride in her work, and the relationships she has built along the way. Reaching 50 years of service is a remarkable achievement that reflects not only loyalty, but professionalism, resilience, and pride in one’s work. We are incredibly grateful for her contributions and the positive example she sets for all of us.
