Ok friends! Who do you know that is in the market for a starter home? This one is almost ready for a new owner. Waiting on granite and finishing up paint, flooring, and fixtures over the next couple weeks. Complete renovation (new drywall, cabinets, tub/shower, vanity, all flooring, all fixtures, granite, new deck, new gutters). Will not last long at $214,900. Let me know if you are interested. OK friends and farmers! My contact in Burnsville told me today the need for hay is still unbelievable. They distributed 204 round bales today! And they have none left for tomorrow. I’m taking two loads Friday but they need all they can get. Some of these farms have lost everything they have except some of the livestock which is a key to their survival. So if you have hay (round bales or square) that you would be willing to donate, please do so. If you need contact information for a drop off location send me a note. If you need someone to haul it let me know and I’ll make it happen. Speaking of hauling, if I have a friend in the trucking business locally with a flat bed that would be willing to donate a trip or two please let me know. It’s so much more efficient with tractor trailer than with gooseneck trailers. Let me know what you got!
