BEAM construction is finalizing a fresh space designed for the future of learning! This project transformed the existing library through a complete interior renovation, creating a modern media center that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation. The project also included the replacement of all exterior windows and doors, enhancing both the building's appearance and energy efficiency.

We're proud to have played a part in creating a space that will serve students for years to come, and we're excited to see it come to life as students return for the upcoming semester!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:
BEAM Construction is proud to be part of the transformation of the Gaston County Health Department. This project includes a 5,200-square-foot addition and approximately 76,000 square feet of renovations throughout both levels of the existing facility. The new addition will provide space to support the Health Department's growing needs, expanding areas for administrative operations, clinical services, pharmacy functions, and storage. These improvements will help create a more efficient layout for staff while enhancing the overall experience for patients and visitors.

The renovation portion of the project will modernize existing administrative offices, clinical spaces, pharmacy areas, and support spaces throughout the building. Because the Health Department must remain open and continue serving the community throughout construction, the work is being completed in carefully planned phases to minimize disruptions while maintaining a safe and functional environment.

Projects like this require thoughtful coordination, communication, and teamwork, and we're honored to help deliver a facility that will better serve the residents of Gaston County for years to come.

We're proud to have partnered in bringing Legacy Soccer Park to life! A premier sports complex designed to serve Rutherford County for generations to come.

This $17.4 million facility features six soccer fields, two enclosed urban pitches, and a modern clubhouse, creating a new home for the Rutherford County Soccer Association and a destination for regional tournaments.

On May 1, BEAM Construction joined Cleveland Community College, community leaders, and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the College's new Student Center. The 43,000-square-foot facility will serve as a centralized hub for student services, bringing admissions, advising, registration, financial aid, and other support resources together under one roof.

Designed to be the heart of campus, the new Student Center will create a more connected and welcoming experience for students while helping them access the resources they need to succeed from enrollment through graduation.

We are honored to partner with Cleveland Community College on this transformational project and look forward to bringing this vision to life. Be on the lookout for project updates as construction progresses!

BEAM Construction spent our 1st Quarter Superintendents Meeting gaining valuable insight with a behind-the-scenes tour of Concrete Supply Co. plant, lab, and dispatch operations.

From production to quality control to logistics, the visit provided a deeper understanding of the processes that play a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality concrete to our job sites. Opportunities like this strengthen our team’s knowledge and ultimately help us build better.
