My phenolic supplier gave be a small chunk of G10 rod to try out. Not the easiest to machine. Came out nice though. Going to see what kind of life I can get out of a nozzle made with it. Made it to the same dimensions as the Phenolic CE one I posted earlier.

Sent these out today, some more 54mm nozzles for Aerotech hardware. Chad Stanley sure got hooked on the research motors.

Had some fun today with some phenolic. Made a version of the nozzle I use in my 2 grain 75mm motor. Able to add an additional 1” of propellant and it weighs about 150 grams less than the graphite one. Might be good for someone trying to get the most out of a certain case size for a BALLS launch. Going to do some testing with a high temp coating to see if I can get multiple firings out of it. 🚀
