Why does Daparak hydro test every skid? Simple... because mistakes happen and it's our job to catch them before it ships to the customer. This triplex skid had over 100 pieces glued and only 1 elbow got skipped in the process. The result was a leak. The good news... We didn't get a call from the customer understandably upset that chemicals were leaking everywhere.

We all know that in the fluid handling industry NO pump manufacture or distributor is perfect. However, at Daparak we will continue to strive for perfection understanding sometimes we will fall short. Glad to report this baby is all good to go and heading out the door.

Up next are 2 custom skids being sent to the customer without pumps. We can build all types of skids and will provide skids without pumps!

HELP!!! We need pumps… the guys are busy knocking out skids for the New Year. 2 skids finished, 2 in the pipeline and over 10 waiting approvals. 2022 is going to be a big year… you might say we are pumping it up 😂. Keep an eye out in the next day or so for an exciting announcement.

Have we mentioned Daparak Inc. does custom work? We call this one the "Piggy Back". You might notice it from around this time last year. The ETO unit worked so well for our Municipal customer they asked us to build another one.

Our customer had a footprint issue where they were downsizing and needed something that could produce the same duty points as before in a smaller footprint. So we custom engineered Daparak Inc. version of the "Piggy Back".

When it comes to quality you can't compete with a Grundfos CR. Sean Vitovich our warehouse supervisor just completed this re-build. Daparak Inc. sends every pump repair back out the door looking factory new. A couple things that were done on this rebuild: stack kit, gasket kit, seal replacement and a little Daparak Inc. TLC so she looks super shinny and bright.

✔️ Stainless Cleaner Wipe Down
✔️ Tested

This baby is ready to get back to doing what it does best!

A customer asked us how quickly we could build a duplex skid with 2 pump stations and leave pump #2 open? The answer…. We already have it built.
