Notice the green light on the disconnect box, this is a surge protector. Whenever you loose power, storms hits, or whatever the case may be once power is restored there will be a power spike that damages appliances and electronics. 95% of hvac contractors will not install these because they loose out on a potential service call. Not me I’m always here for the best interest of my customers, never overcharge, and I take great pride in my work so no matter it will be done right.

Aprilaire model 1850. I have the same one for my crawl space and I’ll tell you right now these work horses own to they’re reputation and Removes over 10 gallons of humidity a day. I never mixed concrete before so my pad isn’t picture perfect
