We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Insulator to join our team as a Foreman in Salisbury, MD

Role Overview:
We're looking for a skilled professional who can lead commercial insulation projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, job management, and communication skills, with the ability to direct crews and ensure high-quality, on-time results.
Requirements:
• Experience in mechanical insulation (HVAC, plumbing, piping, ductwork, etc.)
• Proven ability to run jobs and manage teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Real ID (for access to military bases)
• Must speak fluent English, additionally fluent in Spanish would be a bonus
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with specs, drawings, and project coordination
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
