Safe to say we definitely had our hands full these last couple months with various jobs.

One of which you don’t see very often, was a partial foundation collapse. There was lot of time and labor that went into this project between securing underneath the structure with temporary support walls, excavating out the collapse, pouring a new wall, replacing compromised city utilities… to jacking up the structure and tying in with existing. This was no easy task by any means.

18 x 20 master suite addition in Cheshire with crawl space, dug and formed footings. Backfilled once walls and footings were poured. Next phase of the project is getting the shell framed.

Removal of rocks, hauling and spreading topsoil and hydro seeding in the spring
