The slab of this condo was sinking about 2 inch
so we went in and cut some hole in the slab to install our jacking system with our helical pier.
the pier were screwing about 7 feet below the slab to maximum pressure then we only had to jack it
now the slab is back to level

We did this one last summer
It's for a church
this company sale prefabricated floor that come from Quebec, the floor come from Germany and roof come from USA
we did the pile the were P5-12G
I believe there was about 56 of them
the blue pipe is the heating and cooling system that they install around our pile buried in the ground.
All the pile were sleeve over with Bronze casing for the look.
We had a 1/16 of inch tolerance on the height which was the thought to keep, but we made it.

This is a job we just finish in Centervilles, Ma, in the Cape
this is for a Beach club front terrace/dinning area
117 post 12 foot long P3-12G for the deck and 17 of the same post to hold the front of the building.
we chose the 12 feet long post so we wouldn't have to weld any of the pipe, the customer didn't want any weld due to the amount of salt in the sand, reason is the rust
The last picture is of the bracket we use to hold the building
