Job Summary:
The Dump Truck Driver is a field position working on construction job sites. This dependable and safety-conscious driver’s primary duty is to transport loose materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt to and from construction sites and transport machinery between job sites and headquarters. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a clean driving record, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate dump trucks to haul and deliver materials to designated locations.
Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure mechanical soundness and safety compliance.
Secure loads and verify materials do not exceed weight limits.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and maintenance.
Perform or coordinate basic truck maintenance (e.g., checking fluids, greasing, tire pressure).
Communicate with crews and site supervisors for efficient routing and delivery.
Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Qualifications:
Valid CDL (Class B or higher); endorsements may be required depending on the job.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and traffic laws.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends

Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

The Project Manager oversees water and sewer infrastructure installation projects. This role involves managing all phases of construction projects—from planning and permitting to ex*****on and closeout—ensuring compliance with safety standards, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage water and sewer installation projects from start to finish.
Review project plans, specifications, and permits to ensure feasibility and compliance.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Supervise field crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Communicate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and municipal agencies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and final documentation.

Qualifications:

HRH uses excavators, backhoes, and bulldozers to dig, move, and grade earth and materials at construction sites. The incumbent must ensure safe and efficient operations that follow project plans and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide manual labor including hand digging.
Operate excavation equipment to dig trenches, foundations, and clear land. Follow blueprints or site plans to execute precise excavation work.
Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance on machinery.
Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other crew members.
Monitor surroundings to avoid damage to underground utilities or nearby structures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
