AOC Metal Works

We hire from the communities we operate in — Chester and Lynchburg, Virginia, and Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.

These are careers, not just jobs. Welding, tool and die, machine operation — skills you keep, that pay well, that no one can take away from you.

If you know a young person who is good with their hands and not sure about a four-year degree, point them our way. We train.

Not every part we make ends up in a finished product. Some of it exists to protect the parts.

Custom steel racks and containers, designed and welded here, that carry components safely through a factory — and hold up to being loaded and unloaded thousands of times.

Designed, cut, welded, and powder coated under our own roof.

6,000 watts of laser, cutting steel like it's cardstock. Never gets old.

Nine CNC lasers, twelve turret punches, and more than twenty press brakes across our plants — turning flat sheet into parts for appliances, refrigeration units, trucks, and commercial kitchens.

Happy Labor Day from all of us at AOC Metal Works.

To every operator, welder, machinist, tool maker, and shipper across our plants and our machine shop — thank you for the work you do all year.

Enjoy the day with your families. You earned it.
