Moving product down a is usually the easy part.

Getting it from one conveyor to the next? That's where things can get interesting. 😉

Different products, orientations, speeds, footprints, and downstream processes can all require different solutions. Sometimes the answer is simple. Sometimes it takes powered rollers, pop-up transfers, slide transfers, or a little creativity that you're definitely not finding on page 37 of a catalog.

The goal isn't to use the fanciest transfer.

It's to use the right one to keep your product moving smoothly, reliably, and in the orientation your next process needs.

There are a LOT of great conveyors in a catalog.

But your product, your process, your people, and your production challenges aren't in there. 😉

That's where a good comes in!

At Flex-Line Automation, we work with some of the best conveyor manufacturers in the business; but our job isn't just to sell you their equipment. It's to figure out how to make that equipment work for your application.

That might mean modifying standard chain, adding custom guiderail, integrating vision or sensors, combining different conveyor technologies, or coming up with something that isn't a standard option at all.
