Position: Commercial Millwork Estimator

Location: Chesterfield, MI 48047

Full-Time Position

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Competitive Salary Based on Experience

High paced Commercial Millwork Company looking for sales driven experienced estimator who works great with others and has experience and is proficient in the following tasks. This is not an entry level position.

Must Have:

Excellent Communication
Able to cultivate relationships with current Subcontrators and vendors
Follow up on previous projects estimates with Customers regardless of outcome
Ability to confidently transfer information from awarded project to designated project manager
Microsoft Office Email
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Reading of Architectural Documents and Project Specifications.
Ability to Dissect the proper scope of work.
Ability to identify Scope Gaps and conflicting information and communicate with customer prior to Bid submittal
Submit bids complete and on time.
Update Internal Estimating Spreadsheets

Well established commercial carpentry and custom millwork construction company looking for a skilled and experienced commercial millwork installer. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas.

– Laminate cabinet and top installation
– Trim installation
– Installing doors, frames, and hardware.
– Solid surface experience a plus

Job Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license
– Reliable vehicle
– Basic tools
– Excellent work ethic and dependability.
