Keystone Construction Company is proud to be partnered with Mia Rose Holdings, LLC and Sansone Group on The Preston at City Center Multifamily Project in City of St. Peters, MO. The fence is up and Karrenbrock (Greg Karrenbrock) has begun earthwork/utility work and retaining walls by ROSCH Companies will soon begin. Tremendous effort by Engenuity, Hurford Architects Inc Capital Eleven Management and Old National Bank on getting this project started.

Keystone Construction Company is lucky to have Teddy Rebstock of Toenjes Brick Contracting as the foreman on the CarShield Project. A huge thank you to Dan Toenjes for his commitment to delivering a team of masons and hod carriers lead by Teddy that 'put the puck in the back of the net'.

A few comments from the superintendents and foreman on the project about Teddy:

You won't find a more forward thinking masonry foreman that works collaboratively with other trade partners, delivers on quality and goes above and beyond for the overall betterment of the project. He is personable and works through conflicts rationally and with a teamwork mindset"
