A lot to do and a short time to get there? In Lake St. Louis, the owner of this project needed 168 Villa Homes move in ready in about a year. Builder's Bloc Foundations, Plumbing, Flatwork, Carpentry, and Drywall said no problem, we can do that. From Columbia MO to Vandalia, IL, from Hannibal, MO to Marion, IL, homes, apartments, or light commercial, we've got you covered! Great Job to all 5 divisions on helping bring this project to Market. 10 more months to go to deliver 168 new homes to families in Lake St. Louis ....... our team is off to a great start so far!
