what was a deck on the house was removed stamped concrete patio installed 900 sq feet with a 16x27 roof over a portion of the patio. Seating wall on the outside of the curved part of the patio just waiting for cedar boards to be delivered to wrap all the posts and beams. Will have final photos in a week or so. For this project we put down all new tile floor in the laundry room bathroom entryway and lower level family room the exits to the pool patio. We also redid the steps leading to the kitchen new railing and new kitchen floor installed. Lower level family room had stuck a walls that was redone smooth and painted new trim installed throughout. The laundry room we installed cabinets quartz countertops stainless steel sink tile backsplash behind the counter and behind the washer and dryer. And then in the bathroom we installed a tiled shower along with tiling all of the walls utilizing every ounce of space a rear flush toilet was installed in its own space with pocket doors to enter bathroom and toilet room.
