Urschel has named Tim Crammer as President, effective October 12, 2026. Crammer will work alongside Rick Urschel, who will continue to serve as CEO.

Crammer joins from Henny Penny, a global supplier of commercial cooking equipment focused on the fast-food industry, where he has worked since 2007. He most recently served as the company's Senior Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing.

“Tim has many professional credentials that make him well-suited for the role, but it was his personality that made us certain he was the right fit,” Rick Urschel said. “He has a great passion for the employee ownership mentality.”
