Running a business will really show you who’s for you and who’s not.

It’s crazy how many people will quietly root against you, doubt you, or wait to see you fall. But I don’t move off opinions I move off faith. I keep my trust in the Higher Power, stay grounded, and keep my energy positive no matter what’s going on around me.

But I don’t focus on that.

Attention Clients & Future Clients – Permit Fee Update

The City of Chicago has officially increased permit fees by an additional $300 on applicable projects.

Please understand this adjustment comes directly from the city and is completely outside of our control. As a licensed and professional contractor, we follow all city codes and pull proper permits to ensure your project is done legally, safely, and up to standard.

At Journi Construction, we believe in transparency no surprises, no shortcuts. If your upcoming project requires a permit, this city increase will be reflected accordingly.
