Recently upgraded with the newest hardware and software currently available from ZEISS. It includes three detectors: (BSE, SE, and VPSE detectors). It is fitted with a Tungsten cathode. It also includes antivibrational control system with two Herzan AVI400M vibration isolation platforms.
